WThis is a simplified take on a drink featured on our latest drinks list. It's a party-sized premix that's bursting with essence associated with holiday season, rendering it perfect for your celebration. Any leftover citrus syrup you can use for brunch beverages, sweets, or to make another batch of this cocktail.

To make the Clementine Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
To make the Drink (yields 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
Making the Cordial: Put every items into a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating to dissolve. After that, take off the heat and let it to cool fully. Transfer into a clean bottle, cap it and store in the refrigerator, it will last for around one month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix all the liquid ingredients into one big jug, let it rest for an hour, then pass it through best through cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into a stirring glass containing ice, and agitate carefully for a minute to cool it down. Filter into a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch using a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
